We then craft a recruitment advertising strategy that includes the top job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Snag. Then we discuss the right social strategy with Facebook and potentially Instagram and Twitter. This recruitment marketing is scheduled 2 ½ to 3 weeks out from the date of your open house hiring event.

Our team of recruiters then jump into action working your candidates by calling, emailing, texting, screening, and scheduling qualified candidates for your big day. We provide you an update of candidate flow and provide your team a schedule of interviews and prescreened candidates before your event.

We can even do more with print advertising and radio ads if your budget permits. The Open House is a fee-based service, and you pay for the recruitment advertising and labor cost of our recruiter supporting your event.
